Zwack Kosher Slivovitz Plum Brandy

Zwack Kosher Slivovitz Plum Brandy is a Hungarian plum-brandy (merken as slivovitz) produced by the Zwack distillery under kosher certification, made from ripe plums and bottled at ~40 % ABV.  On the nose it offers a light plum fragrance, and on the palate it delivers bold plum-fruit flavor with hints of cherry and a spicy finish. Best enjoyed neat or lightly chilled in a small glass to appreciate its fruit character and clean spirit profile.
