Nose: Aromas of ripe apple, peach, and pineapple mingling with poached pears from warmer climates, complemented by citrus and honeysuckle notes from cooler regions. 

Palate: Medium-bodied and creamy, featuring flavors of baked apples, poached pears, nectarine, peach, and pineapple, enhanced by notes of vanilla bean and baking spices.

Finish: Rich and full-bodied, with a finish of crème brûlée, poached pears, and vanilla bean, imparted by malolactic fermentation and oak aging.
