Stara Sokolova Plum Brandy (7 Yr) is a Serbian plum brandy (šljivovica) produced by the Stara Sokolova distillery, crafted from selected ripe plums, triple-distilled and aged for seven years in oak barrels for added depth and refinement. It typically carries an ABV around 40 % and features rich aromas of plum and subtle oak, a smooth palate of mature fruit and gentle wood spice, and a long, elegant finish — best enjoyed neat in a tulip or snifter glass at room temperature.
