Prospero Añejo Tequila is a premium, 100% blue agave tequila that has been aged for a longer period in oak barrels, typically for at least one year, to develop a deeper, more complex flavor profile. The aging process gives Añejo tequilas a rich golden or amber color and imparts flavors like vanilla, caramel, oak, and spices, creating a smoother, more refined drinking experience compared to blanco or reposado tequilas.

Prospero Añejo is crafted with the same attention to detail as the rest of the Prospero line, using traditional methods such as the use of a tahona stone to crush the agave. This ensures the preservation of the agave’s authentic flavors while allowing the oak aging to add layers of depth.
