Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruits such as cherries and blackberries, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla, cloves, and mocha. 

Palate: Full-bodied with a rich structure, balanced acidity, and round, silky tannins. Flavors of dried prunes and a peppery finish enhance its complexity. 

Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering black fruit flavors and a peppery hint.

Food Pairings: Grilled meats, wild game, pork, and mature cheeses. 

This wine is crafted from 100% Carmenère grapes and aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels, showcasing the varietal's signature characteristics. 

The 2019 vintage has received positive reviews, including a 90-point rating from Wine Enthusiast.
