Pacha Merlot is produced by Viña Marty, a winery located in Chile's Central Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months of aging in French oak barrels. This process imparts a balanced structure and depth to the wine.
