Red Wine | Lodi, California | 13.5% ABV

Nose: Aromas of ripe blackberry, vanilla cream, and baking spices. 

Palate: Medium-bodied with flavors of black fruit, complemented by a creamy texture and a touch of toasted oak.

Finish: Pleasing and smooth, with a toasty finish.

Blend: 100% Merlot.

Aging: Aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 6 months.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with wood-fired cheese pizza, hard cheeses, charcuterie, and spaghetti with meatballs.
