Matusalem Gran Reserva Rum is a premium aged rum often referred to as the “Cognac of Rums.” It’s produced in the Dominican Republic using a solera aging system, which is similar to how fine sherries and brandies are aged. The most common variety is aged for 15 years, though other age statements like 18 and 23 years also exist.
