Little Book “The Infinite” Edition II is a limited-release bourbon created by Freddie Noe that builds on the idea of an ever-evolving “infinite bottle.” This release carries forward a portion of the original Infinite blend and layers in new bourbons from multiple generations of the Noe family, creating continuity from year to year while still pushing the profile forward. It’s bottled at a robust proof, staying true to the bold, experimental spirit that defines the Little Book series.
The blend pulls from several well-aged bourbons, including a very old component that brings deep oak, char, and smoky undertones, balanced by younger bourbons that add sweetness and brightness. On the nose, it opens with baked apple, pear, caramel, and toasted oak. The palate delivers rich vanilla, brown sugar, dark fruit, and spice, with the older whiskey contributing structure and depth without overwhelming the blend.
The finish is long, warm, and layered, with lingering oak, gentle sweetness, and a touch of char that slowly fades. Little Book The Infinite Edition II is designed not just to be enjoyed on its own, but to serve as a living chapter in an ongoing project—each sip reflecting both the legacy behind it and the future releases it will help shape.
