Origin & Background
Kensatu Plum Fruit Brandy is a premium Armenian spirit, part of the “Gold Edition” line, crafted from hand-selected ripe plums grown in the Armenian highlands.  According to product data, it uses cold spring water from the Armenian Biblical mountains and combines traditional and modern distillation techniques. 

Production & Specification

• It is distilled using an alembic‐style still and then undergoes batch column distillation for additional refinement. 

• Advanced filtration is used (activated charcoal + layered depth filters of 4 µm, 2 µm, 0.7 µm) to ensure clarity and smoothness. 

• The alcohol by volume (ABV) is listed as 50% in at least one retail listing.
