Palate: Full-bodied with rich layers of red and black fruits, including cherry and blueberry. The wine exhibits elegant structure, smooth tannins, and a hint of mint, leading to a supple and well-proportioned profile. 

Finish: Long and elegant, with well-structured tannins and lingering notes of oak and spice.

Blend: 95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with soy-glazed pork loin, grilled meats, and hearty stews.
