Jefferson’s Reserve Twin Oak Custom Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-release expression from Jefferson’s Bourbon, renowned for its innovative aging process. This unique whiskey is aged in custom-designed barrels crafted in collaboration with the Independent Stave Company, a family-owned cooperage based in Missouri. The barrels feature grooved staves that increase the surface area inside, allowing more bourbon to come in contact with the oak, resulting in a richer and more complex flavor profile.
