Grappa Di Nebbiolo Moletto

Moletto Grappa di Nebbiolo da Barolo is a refined Italian grappa crafted by Moletto using the marc of the single-varietal Nebbiolo grape from the Barolo region, distilled in copper stills and typically bottled at around 43% ABV. It features a pale golden hue, with aromas of baked plum and pear, suede and toasted Brazil nut tones, and offers a medium-to-full body rich in stone fruit and autumn fruit flavours, layered with acacia honey and heather accents, finishing with fruit, spice and a dash of white pepper.  Best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass at room temperature, it makes an elegant digestif or a standout after-meal spirit.
