Grappa Di Barbera Moletto

This Italian single-varietal grappa is crafted by Moletto from the marc of the Barbera grape, distilled in copper stills and bottled at approximately 43% ABV (86 proof). It presents a crystal-clear appearance, with aromatic notes of dried pear, prune, and gentle pepper spice, followed by a medium body of fruit, sweet creaminess, and peppery spice, finishing crisp, warming and lingering.  Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tulip glass as an after-dinner spirit.
