Gazdina Rakija Silvovitz Plum Brandy

A premium plum brandy from the Potkozarje region of Bosnia & Herzegovina, crafted by Gazdina using ripe blue plums and a blend of traditional recipe and modern distillation technology.  It is bottled at around 45 % ABV in some markets. On the nose, expect deep plum aroma with hints of almond-kernel and orchard fruit, and on the palate perhaps bold plum distillate flavors supported by smooth fruit character and a clean yet warming finish. Best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass at room temperature so the plum essence can shine.
