Nose: A fragrant bouquet of white flowers, nectarine, and pear, with underlying cashew and citrus notes. Toasty oak florals add lift to the white flower bouquet.

Palate: Medium-bodied with stone fruit and fresh citrus flavors, complemented by creamy biscuit characters from lees influence. Subtle oak sweetness enhances the richness and length of the palate. The wine has an elegant, refined structure and finishes with fine mineral acidity.

Finish: Smooth and balanced, with lingering ripe fruit flavors and a clean, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairings: Pairs well with lemony shrimp risotto, seared scallops with lime butter sauce, creamy pasta dishes, or vegetable-based dishes.
