Palate: Rich and creamy with flavors of tropical pineapple, citrus, and green apple. The wine exhibits a bright minerality and uplifted acidity, leading to a subtle toast on the finish.

Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering notes of lemon zest and crème brûlée.

Winemaking: Fermented with 70% of the juice in a combination of French and American oak barrels, undergoing malolactic fermentation to create a rich, creamy texture. The remaining 30% is fermented in stainless steel to retain crisp, fresh varietal character. 2023 Vintage)
