Baby Jane Bourbon

Baby Jane Bourbon is a distinctive small-batch bourbon from Widow Jane Distillery, introduced in 2024. It’s crafted using the distillery’s proprietary heirloom corn, also called Baby Jane—a hybrid of Bloody Butcher Red and Wapsie Valley Yellow corn—grown near the distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn. This unique grain imparts a rich, nuanced flavor profile to the whiskey.

Aging: 4–6 years in new charred American oak barrels
Proofing: Non-chill filtered and proofed with limestone-rich mineral water from the Rosendale Mines, New York
Availability: Limited release of 15,000 cases nationwide (as of June 2024)

Nose: Honeycomb, cream soda, salty air, and green grape
Palate: Strawberries & cream taffy, salted caramel, fresh fig, allspice, and café au lait
Finish: Peach compote, star anise, cut hay, horchata, soft pretzel, and milk chocolate
