Asil Raicilla De La Sierra Añejo
Distilled in the Sierra region of Jalisco from agave (primarily Agave maximiliana) and aged in oak barrels, Asil holds the distinction of being one of the world’s first aged raicillas. 

On the nose: creamy oak, subtle caramel-vanilla sweetness, with earthy and vegetal agave undertones sometimes described as mild smoke or toasted wood. 

On the palate: rich and layered — flavors of caramel or maple-barrel sweetness, dark chocolate or cocoa, perhaps a touch of dried fruit or red-fruit brightness, balanced by woody, earthy, and subtly spicy notes. 

Finish: smooth and warming, with a long tail of oak spice, soft smoke, and lingering sweetness
