Palate: Medium-bodied and plush, this Merlot offers flavors of dark cherry, blueberry jam, and mocha. A touch of Teroldego enhances its character with layers of boysenberry and dark chocolate. 

Finish: Velvety and lingering, with soft tannins and a hint of coconut.

Blend: Primarily Merlot, with a small percentage of Teroldego to add depth and complexity.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with barbecued meats, hard cheeses, and fruit pies.
