Absente Absinthe Refined is a French-produced anise liqueur introduced in 1999, marketed under the tagline "Absinthe Refined." Crafted by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence in Forcalquier, France, it was the first absinthe legally sold in the U.S. since 1912.
