Nose: Aromatic blend of wild cherry, black raspberry, and vanilla, enriched by floral notes of violet and rose petal, with earthy undertones of mushroom.

Palate: Medium-bodied with a rich mid-palate, featuring flavors of cherry, cranberry, and subtle char. The wine exhibits soft tannins and a smooth texture. 

Finish: Lingering and smooth, with hints of vanilla, coconut oil, and allspice derived from aging in seasoned American oak barrels.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir, sourced primarily from Monterey County’s Arroyo Grande region, with additional fruit from the cooler Santa Barbara area. 

Pairings: Ideal with honey-glazed roasted lamb chops, bacon-wrapped venison, or dishes featuring earthy mushrooms and herbs.
