Avion Anejo Tequila

Avión Añejo is made with 100% blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave used for Avión is hand-harvested from the region’s rich soil at higher altitudes, which contributes to the tequila’s unique smoothness and complexity. On the nose, Avión Añejo is welcoming, offering a blend of vanilla, oak, and a faint trace of agave sweetness. There are also hints of caramel, butterscotch, and a touch of spicy complexity, which allude to its time spent in the oak barrels. On the palate, the flavor profile is rich and well-rounded. The sweetness of agave is still present but balanced by smooth vanilla and caramel notes from the oak aging. There are also hints of toasted oak, spices (like cinnamon and clove), and a buttery smooth finish that lingers, leaving a warm, satisfying aftertaste. The mouthfeel is velvety and luxurious, making it a perfect sipping tequila.
