Spirit Moonshine is a high-proof, unaged whiskey traditionally made from corn mash. Clear in appearance and known for its raw, potent character, it carries a bold, grain-forward flavor with a noticeable heat on the palate.

Depending on the producer, notes can range from sweet corn and light fruit to earthy grain and peppery spice. Its finish is typically hot and quick, a reflection of its unfiltered, straight-from-the-still nature.
